Where businesses get stuck

Most finance problems start as small administrative gaps

By the time they surface, they are usually deadlines, penalties or decisions made without current numbers.

  • Records fall behind and nobody is sure which month is complete.
  • Uncertainty about which SARS obligations apply and when they are due.
  • Financial reports arrive late, or arrive without explanation.
  • Payroll and employer submissions depend on one person remembering.
  • No reliable view of cash: what is coming in, what is committed.
  • The owner spends evenings on finance administration instead of the business.
What changes

Three things a working accounting function should give you

Stay compliant

A managed calendar for recurring accounting, tax and company obligations.

Understand your numbers

Clear reporting that shows what changed and what requires attention.

Get accountable support

A named contact, defined deliverables and a predictable service rhythm.

Services

Six areas of recurring support

Each service is scoped in writing, with deliverables and deadlines agreed before work starts.

Monthly Accounting & Bookkeeping

Reliable records maintained every month, reconciled and reviewed before reporting.

Tax & SARS Compliance

Returns prepared, reviewed and submitted with your approval, and SARS correspondence tracked.

Payroll & Employer Compliance

Payroll processed on an agreed cycle with employer submissions and employee documentation.

Company Secretarial & CIPC

Statutory filings and company records kept current at the CIPC.

Annual Financial Statements & Year-End

Year-end files prepared from reconciled records, with statements compiled to the applicable framework.

Advisory & Financial Management

Forecasting, budgets and KPI reporting built on records that can be relied on.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to a monthly rhythm

01

Discovery

We review your current records, obligations and reporting needs, then set out what support is appropriate.

02

Onboarding and cleanup

Access is arranged, opening balances are verified, and any backlog is scoped and quoted separately.

03

Monthly processing and review

Transactions are processed and reconciled, then reviewed by someone other than the preparer.

04

Reporting and advice

Reports are issued, questions are answered, and actions are agreed with your named account lead.

Monthly packages

Three levels of monthly support

Each package has a starting fee for its defined scope. The final fee is confirmed after a short review of your records.

Foundation

Micro and early-stage businesses needing clean records and annual compliance readiness.

From R2 500 per month

Excluding VAT. Final fee confirmed after a review of your records.

Insight

Growing businesses requiring management support and stronger financial visibility.

From R10 500 per month

Excluding VAT. Final fee confirmed after a review of your records.

Common questions

Questions we are asked before the first meeting

Service-specific questions are answered on each service page.

We request your handover pack from the current accountant or from your own records: latest trial balance, prior-year statements, tax computations, payroll history, and access to your accounting file. We reconcile the opening balances before we start processing, and we confirm in writing what we have received and what is still outstanding.

Bank, card and loan statements for the period, sales and purchase invoices, payroll inputs, and access to your accounting software. For compliance work we also need SARS and CIPC profile access or authorisation. The onboarding checklist sets out exactly what applies to your business.

Yes. Documents are exchanged through agreed cloud storage or your accounting platform, reviews happen by video call, and approvals are recorded in writing. We serve clients nationwide, across South Africa.

Fees are quoted after we see the actual volume and condition of your records: transaction and bank-account count, VAT and payroll status, number of entities, reporting requirements, and how much historic cleanup is needed.

Cleanup is scoped and quoted separately from the monthly fee. We agree the periods to be brought up to date, the order of work and the submissions affected, then move onto the standard monthly cycle once the backlog is cleared.
